Accounting Supervisor Acquire Asia Pacific - NCR - National Capital Region, Philippines

Synopsis of Role

Supervise accounting and financial reporting staff.

Job Responsibilities/Functions                                           

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results of  the companies of Acquire Group
• Prepares and analyzes profitability of every profit center of the organization
• Interprets and understands customer contracts to ensure proper recording of revenues
• Interprets and understands vendors contracts to ensure proper recording of expenses
• Reports, analyzes and interprets financial, operating expenses and revenue information for management which include trend analysis, monthly comparative and identification of gap and opportunities.

Reporting and Compliance

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reportorial requirements to PEZA and BIR.
• Supports the Accounting Manager in all month end reports. Prepare month end revenue and expense analysis.

Others

• Year-end financial audit
• Constantly review all financial systems and procedures to ensure most effective methods use. Make recommendations for improvement in services, systems and procedures.
• Other related tasks that may be delegated by the immediate superior from time to time

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. CPA, Post Graduate studies a plus.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the bpo or call center or any related field is required for this position.
• Must be PC proficient. Experience with SAP B1 system is a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with high stress tolerance
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City or Quezon City
