Head of Revenue Intelligence, Solutions and Innovations, APAC Google - Singapore

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Revenue & Intelligence Solutions team is a dedicated group of analysts focused on driving new insights and solutions around content, audience and business growth for Google’s largest and most strategic publisher partners. The mission of the Revenue & Intelligence Solution team is three-fold. Innovate by deploying new analyses and insights through cross-functional collaboration. Connect by leveraging data-driven insights to build relationships with the Sales teams and their clients. Lastly, scale by coordinating enterprise-wide analytics initiatives across regions and markets, and productize in DoubleClick For Publishers and Ad Exchange. 

Your mission as the Head of Revenue Intelligence & Solutions is to foster a team of analysts who are responsible for driving and scaling monetization insights to publishers. You are responsible for unearthing new trends and insights for publishers, presenting the insights to publishers at the C-level, and for empowering the Sales team to speak to these trends. This uniquely-situated role as a Sales specialist allows you to show off your SQL building skills amongst a team of analysts and fellow data specialist, beta-test the insights directly via a select group of client consultations and partners, and work with engineers and services to scale those insights more broadly. 

You will report to the Revenue Intelligence Global Head and lead your team to that partner closely with the local Sales teams. 

You have a deep industry understanding of the digital advertising industry, Google’s ad product suite and a passion for using data in storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a regional team to develop and scale new monetization and publisher insights
  • Deliver yield management consulting, flawless execution and outstanding results
  • Partner with customers to build the best strategy to increase business while respecting business rules by leveraging various Google offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product Management, Engineering and other key stakeholders to help drive success of the offering including improved products, tools and processes
  • Foster a supportive environment to drive the development of the APAC Revenue Intelligence, Solutions & Innovations group


Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


Preferred qualifications
  • MBA.
  • 10 years of experience managing yield and ad operations for large publishers using yield management tools and Google products (DoubleClick For Publishers/Ad Exchange). Deep ad serving and yield management expertise.
  • Excellent presentation and spreadsheet software skills. Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Ability to understand the implications of data analysis and build a strategic story from this data. Strong quantitative analysis skills and proven experience driving operational scalability.
  • Demonstrated mastery of cross-functional collaboration and influence. Strong client service, quantitative analysis and yield management.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising industry and Google’s ad product suite.
