Let s say minimum of 3 years with an SAP BW/BI focus, ideally 5 -7 yrs commercial experience, but those additional years could be from another technical background. Either: Consultant with functional background/ Or: Techie who would have experience with crystal reports etc. MUST: be able to speak German. Now this is the key.
Should be business level German, ideally that means fluent, but let s say that if someone has/ is studying German then should be approaching the end of A2 level or B1 level, OR, they are living in Germany and are able to operate in German at a business level. Looking for Indian Nationals who are based internationally, so perhaps originally from India and working in Germany (ideal if they are working for companies such as Wipro/ Infosys/ Accenture, Siemens IT, SAP Labs, etc.).
