CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Technology Solutions Company is looking for a BI/BW/BOBJ Developer to support SAP implementation for US. Army Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) at Redstone Arsenal. The ideal candidate will provide development expertise in a broad range of logistics processes or functional areas. Provides direction to technical developers to ensure adherence to functional design specifications and program requirements. Provides oversight to multi-disciplined functional teams to develop functional design specifications and modeling. Coordinates with the Project Lead and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications and associated documentation and problem resolution for problem reports. Translates complex functional specifications to detailed Technical Designs Model and designs and uses BOBJ tools such as WEBI, Explorer, Dashboards, and SAP Lumira to deliver complex reports. Develops and manages BI content and support through upcoming upgrades and patching. Required Skills
SAP BW 7.1, SAP HANA 1.0, SAP BOBJ 4.1
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field such as Computer Science or MIS. (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)

- Must hold or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in design and development of BI applications using SAP BW, BODS, Business Object Toolsets and other BI technologies.
- Experience in implementing BI solutions with SAP BW.
- Experience in recommending appropriate tools and technology required to meet immediate and long-term business and individual self-service reporting needs.
- Expert Analysis and Technical Problem solving skills.
- Experience with SQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong commitment to high quality work.
- Strong willingness and desire to provide excellent levels of customer service.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team.
- Experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
- Experience with Army Logistics data is a plus.
