The Role
Executive (SAP Support)
You are responsible for providing support for SAP applications and interfaces, and provide advice to SAP ERP key users. You are required to analyse changes requested by users and educate them on the use of functionality of system. Besides liaising with various stakeholders on system’s problems and issues, you are also expected to follow the SDLC procedure, be involved in system documentation where required as well as support the development and analysis of the SAP and business process problems and opportunities.

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting SAP ECC6.0 functional modules such as SD, MM, FICO etc
- Preferably with experience in SAP Is Retail, SAP PI/XI and IDOC
- Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting skills within or across functional areas in SAP
- Independent, self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
