Our IT Group (GIS) is looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Team Leader (m/f) based in Nanterre.
The role of the Business Intelligence Reporting Team Leader is to act as internal consultant and project manager, to drive the SAP BI solution delivery, understanding business expectations and transforming it in technical BI modelling and to support the existing BI solution.
Main missions and results:
• Promote BI4 tools usage in front of the business users
o Analyze functional reporting requirements
o Propose ad-hoc reporting tools and build proof of concept
o Mock-up the solution in agile manner together with the key-user
o Design the final solution, lead development until its industrialization
o Ensure close and trusting relationships with other IT teams (SAP Admin, SAP BI CC, IT Operations)
• Lead SAP Reporting platform technical content (BI4.1, Webi, Lumira)
o Design technical solutions keeping overall consistency
o Benchmark and promote up-to-date solution
o Guaranty overall solution consistency with SAP BW architect
• Continuous improvement actor
o Promote (develop) best practices implementation
o Lead platform industrialization initiatives and actions plan
o Share his SAP BI expertise with other team members to facilitate knowledge transfer
o Promote knowledge database update
• Ensure level 3 Support
o Analyze complex (level 3) “ticket” and provide solutions
o Drive corresponding ticket solving
o Book and track “SAP Customer message” ticket
o Follow-up overall support performance thru KPI
• Manage his team
o Organize regular team coordination meeting
o Promote skills matrix usage and establish training plan
o Support Back-office team building on BI4 domain in an international context (Paris, Tunis, Shanghai)
o Coordinate internal and external resources
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· SAP BW knowledge (preferably on BI 7.4 version) is a plus

Qualifications :

- SAP BI Reporting expertize:
- Business Explorer Suite (BEx): Query designer, Web Application Designer, Broadcasting
- BO/BI4.1(Webi, Analysis)
- Lumira , Design Studio
- SAP EP / Netweaver portal
- Excellent English level (spoken / written)
· SAP BW knowledge (preferably on BI 7.4 version) is a plus
- BW Dataflow: Business content, modelling, transformation & routines, DTP, process chain, LO Cockpit, extraction mechanisms, optimization, transport management, partitioning/clustering, PI/XI & web services
- BI-IP (Integrated Planning) & Webdynpro
