SAP System Analyst
[Description] The Scope
Participate In The Analysis, Design, Development, Testing And Maintenance Of SAP Financial Related Systems, Such As
Financial GL, AR and AP
Asset Management
Enterprise Controlling Consolidation System (EC CS)
Profit Analysis (CO PA), Product Costing (CO PC), Cost Center Accounting (CO CCA), Internal Order
Understand business requirements, processes and objectives and translate them to system design
Configure / Customize system according to design
Design and Develop SAP Business Reports, data conversion and interface programs as per user requirement
Regular management reporting and timely escalation whenever necessary
Conduct unit, integration and user acceptance tests
Provide support and maintenance functions to Finance SAP users, train and advise users on the use of system
Handle the documentation of process, business requirements and configuration of SAP FICO systems
Take the initiative to improve efficiency or effectiveness of financial reporting, planning or analysis by utilising latest IT technologies
Acts as liaison of users for support in day to day SAP user activities including troubleshooting, investigation, analysis, testing and solves software problems
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Computer Science / IT / Accounting or any professional qualification from a recognised accounting body
At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years hands on experience as a SAP FICO functional consultant
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in SAP ABAP, dialog programming and Workflow development
Good knowledge of software development life cycles and object oriented development methodology
Experience in Advanced excel, power point skills, process transformation and performance improvement is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
Action oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysis
Strong business knowledge, organization and process design skills
