MICROSOFT DYNAMICS -ERP TEAM LEAD

Job description

In connection with our continued expansion, Oticon, Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in coordination of ERP team, creation of Navision-based solutions, Implementation and the maintenance of our existing systems. Candidates should be self-starters with a broad business background:
  • Responsible for coordinating ERP implementation, development and support activities
  • Provide focal point for questions related to ERP systems (NAV)
  • Review priorities and provide status updates for each technical area to related groups
  • Work closely with company managers to ensure proper specifications are created for new functionality
  • Coordinate integration activities between ERP and other business applications 
  • Ensure the proper rules and procedures are followed by application developers
  • Analyze and suggest improvements to current policies
  • Assist the Development Manager with capacity planning 

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years of Functional NAV experience.  Must have some experience in coordinating development activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (at least 2-3 years), preferably certified
  • Experience working with planning and reporting
  • Experience with solution design, documentation and training
  • Extremely well structured
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing a remote offshore development team.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Works to deadlines
  • Good analytical skills
